This aluminum folding attic ladder features a durable and strong folding ladder that reaches a ceiling height range of 8'-9" to 10'-0". It is lightweight and easy to operate. The aluminum ladder offers superior stability when climbing in and out of your attic or loft space. It comes standard with a 350 lb capacity, adjustable feet with rubber tread, a deluxe reinforced plywood door panel, and fully assembled and ready for installation. Additional options include an R6 insulated door panel, a weatherstrip around the door panel, and a 30 minute fire resistant door panel.
