Visible Damage: In the event of apparent damage observed during delivery, you must immediately refuse the shipment. Failure to do so may impact your ability to file a claim for damages.

Concealed Damage: Should any concealed damage be discovered after the delivery is accepted, you must notify us within 24 hours. Failure to report concealed damage within this timeframe will result in a waiver of liability for damages incurred during transit.
