This Babcock Davis Thermalmax Roof Hatch provides safe access to the roof of your building. The babcock davis thermalmax roof hatch is made from 11 guage aluminum material. This thermally broken roof hatch was designed to withstand a live load of 40psf. Babcock Davis thermally broken roof hatch has a 3 inch polyiso curb and cover which equates to a R-20 insulation value.
