This folding metal ladder offers fire protection for 60 minutes (1 hour rating in accordance with NFPA 288 and ASTM E119-14.). This fire rated attic ladder can fit a ceiling height between 8'-1" and 11'-10" making it a great choice if you happen to have high ceilings. Only the 56.5" long models will accommodate a ceiling height of 11'-10". The maximum loading capacity of this LMF ladder is 350lbs. The LMF fire rated attic ladder carries a R-value of 8.9 which offers superior thermal resistance keeping your living space warm and cozy. With a simple installation process, this ladder allows homeowners to easily and safely access their attic space.
