Babcock Davis Roof Hatch Safety Rail will provide fall protection around your roof hatch making accessing your roof safer. This roof hatch safety rail is ideal for both new and retrofit projects. This roof hatch guard rail complies with OSHA standards to prevent falling into your roof hatch once you have accessed your roof. This rail system bolts through the flange of the roof hatch. It comes with all attachment hardware. It also comes standard with a self closing swing gate. This railing is a must for all Babcock Davis roof hatches.

MATERIAL: Rails and posts, aluminum, 1-1/4 inch ID (1.66 inch OD) Schedule 40 pipe
FINISH: Yellow powder coat
FITTINGS: Cast aluminum alloy with set screw hold
MOUNTING BRACKETS: 3/16 inch steel, zinc plated with nut backing plate
HARDWARE: Hex head bolts 3/8 - 16 by 3/4 inch zinc plated steel
Exit Must be kept closed when roof hatch cover is open
• Self-Closing Gate: aluminum, 1-1/4 inch ID (1.66 inch OD)
Schedule 40 pipe, self-closing with coil spring
