This aluminum folding attic ladder features a durable and strong folding ladder that reaches a ceiling height up to 12'-0" tall allowing this to be used in high ceiling houses. The aluminum ladder offers superior stability when climbing in and out of your attic or loft space. It comes standard with a 350 lb capacity, adjustable feet with rubber tread, a deluxe reinforced plywood door panel, and fully assembled and ready for installation. Additional options include an R6 insulated door panel, a weatherstrip around the door panel, and a 30 minute fire resistant door panel.
